Icing tanks are special versions of our Chocolate Melters for melting and keeping warm icings and fondants - product ready and available when you are. Our Icing Tanks can be configured for your specific requirements.

- 12 RPM bottom drive sweep agitator; Variable speed agitation available as option
- Wash-down heavy duty motor & transmission
- Water-friendly operator controls
- Suitable for chocolate, caramel and other melting needs
- Special tank lids for 5 gallon fondant pail unloading or flood icing cakes
- Caster assemblies available for mobility - easily moved to wash area for cleaning
