Automatic Chocolate Melting to Tempering to Depositing System - in 3 Phases

This system was created in 3 phases. The Over/Under tank melts chocolate in top tank, then moves chocolate to bottom tank for tempering as it is consumed. A level sensor monitors level in bottom tank and calls for more melted chocolate as needed. As usage increased, a larger melting tank was added to feed the Over/Under Tank. Top tank is now programmed as a Pre-Temperer. Finally, a depositing workstation was added to complete the Processing Line. With depositing heads filling moulds on a conveyor, you now have a complete 'Depositing System'
