From the old W C Smith line of confectionery machinery, the Savage re-engineered Cream Beater BEATS and COOLS the cooked cream/fondant quickly and evenly, in one operation. Each batch is processed with consistency, resulting in a fine, smooth textured cream.

  • All stainless steel wash-down sanitary construction
  • Brass beater plows with 3 speeds
  • Water-jacketed bed with hot and cold water inlets and drain
  • Temperature controlled cooling cycle with sensors in water jacket and against bed plate
  • Bump-Guard beater safety stop
  • 240V 1 Phase or 240/380/480V 3 Phase, 50/60 Hz
