The S-92 FireMixer is everything you need for high-quality candy cooking, superior control and maximum flexibility. This Cooker/Mixer is a stand-alone unit for production of batches of fudge, caramel, peanut brittle, toffee, nougat, croquant, jellies and more. Virtual any sugar based confection can be cooked successfully on the FireMixer.

For batch sizes of 45lbs/20kg to 140lbs/65kg, the S-92 FireMixer is a reliable cooker-mixer that can be used for generations.

With its variable speed single- or double-action mixing head, standard or high-speed stove and digital temperature controls, the S-92 FireMixer line is easily adaptable to the larger or growing kitchen.

WARRIOR - Single-Action Agitator

Standard on all FireMixers; Spring-loaded dairy metal scrapers on variable speed shaft. Scrapes kettle sidewall and bottom.

CHIEF - Double-Action Agitator

Chief model adds a unique double hook counter-rotating inner agitator. Aids mixing for confections that benefit from a whipping action, or high butter content produts such as toffee that may burn. For high torque heavy mix applications, an upgrade to 3 -hook anti-shear inner agitator is recommended.

Nut-Stirrer Agitator

Plow-type blade gives efficient “roll-over” or “folding” action for roasting or glazing nuts. The Nut-Stirrer easily interchanges with the standard scraper agitator without the use of any tools.
