Our small tank line offers chocolate melters, conditioners and temperers in batch sizes of 50 Lb, 125 Lb and 200 Lb. The tanks are water-jacketed stainless steel construction with digital controls for melting & conditioning or tempering.
Features
- All stainless steel water-jacketed construction
- On-board electric immersion heaters
- Accurate digital controls - select Conditioning or Tempering
- Standard voltage - 120V /60 HZ or 240V/50 HZ
- Agitator removes easily without use of tools for easy cleanup and product change-over
- Draw-off guillotine valve is water-jacketed for never plug performance
