Temper the chocolate in our fully automatic tempering tank. Add a transfer pump to meter the chocolate automatically to your next processing step, perhaps a depositor or enrober. The pump works with an optical level sensor to keep the depositor filled with tempered chocolate, automatically. Our transfer pump can be added to any size Savage chocolate tank.
