Quality Tempered chocolate is the ultimate goal of Chocolatiers. This system takes hot chocolate from your storage tank and pre-tempers in the first tank, then feeds it to the fully automatic final Tempering Tank. Level Sensors in each tank control the transfer pumps and 'calls for' more chocolate when level reaches a pre-determined amount, efficiently maintaining temper in second tank for your use as needed. The system maintains fresh temper for up to six hours of no consumption.
